My sister has started wearing curlers to college everyday because she saw her favourite film star rocking the look on TV recently. I do not dislike curly hairstyles at all and integrating celebrity style into your own look can look fantastic. Looking through an issue of OK Magazine and completely copying the outfit of Sarah Jessica Parker is so not fashionable however!
The fun of fashion comes from making a statement with what you wear. Wearing the same types of clothes as everyone else makes no statement other than “SHEEP!”! I really cant stand spotting a bunch a girls in town when they are all attempting to look like Jennifer Lopez wannabes! Trying to exactly mirror Cole does look a bit desperate and will also give them impression that you can’t think for yourself in the fashion stakes. True originality in style is difficult to achieve but starting off slowly (maybe by incorporating a few colours into your outfit that you usually would not wear) should see you become more fashion frivolous in time.
